This is my 2nd copy. The first one purchased 15 years ago suffered damage and I must have her Tuscan Tiramisu recipe! I do not consider myself more than a basic cook. Her recipes closely followed have improved my skills, given me confidence, and a fine reputation. Serve her tiramisu and you will amaze your family & friends - and yourself.Copied from another site:Lorenza de Medici has published more than 30 cookbooks. She has appeared in a 13-part series on Italian cooking for public television and conducts a cooking school at Badia a Coltibuono, an 11th-century estate and winery near the Chianti region of Tuscany. She divides her time between Milan and Badia a Coltibuono.Book arrived well packaged and in mint condition. Quick service from dealer. The book is a very simple menu album from a series that used to be on television in the 1980's. I rate 5 stars to the dealer, and, as to the book...it's a personal like that had some recipes I have been looking for since the TV show aired at that time. De'Medici has several books out there; others much more inclusive of the Tuscan cuisine. This one is a simple version of the others; I have all of them now. Her recipes are simple and they work.I love the recipes in this series and the book. My original book got damaged during a move and I was so excited to find its replacement on Amazon. Love the series, and now can continue to use the recipes.I like all coffee and sweat tarts etc.I use it for my coffee breaks at home and as a gift, too. The best book I have ever received. Excellent condtions .Who would'nt want to have such a wonderful culinary family tree
